The problem is less likely to be caused by your CPU than it is to be a result of the mess you have made of your Kexts folder.
You have VirtualSMC.kext and FakeSMC.kext, along with sensor kexts for both SMC kexts. This should never be the case.
You have a pair of Bluetooth kexts that shouldn’t be used together.
Looking at the mess you made of this folder, I would not be surprised to see a similar mess in the other boot loader folders and your config.plist.
So to answer your question, yes swapping the Sandy Bridge CPU for an Ivy Bridge CPU might help, but not without first sorting out your bootloader‘s configuration.
