Keyboard/Mouse Not Working after clover install

Hi All,

Been reading a few guides around this site for a few months now in order to get various things working on my custom (AMD) build. However after replacing chameleon with Clover my keyboard and mouse no longer work after booting (works in clover to select OS)

They also work in OS X if i boot into it using my installation USB.

If you need any info about my system feel free to ask
