Local APIC panic is common with HP consumer laptops. Use cpus=1 bootflag as a work around until you can install the KernelPatcher module from Chameleon.

BSD process name corresponding to current thread: kernel_task
Boot args: boot-uuid=3B96CE14-956D-3A5E-8D6A-2C6725FFC7E4 rd=*uuid -v PCIRootUID=0 npci=0x3000 Graphics Enabler=No

You probably do not want or need PCIRootUID=0 and npci=0x3000.

VIDEO GRAPHICS:Intel HD 3000 and AMD Radeon HD 7470M

You should also disable Radeon in BIOS for the install process.

The trick works!!!! Thank you sir, I really appreciate your help. Unfortunately now i don't know what to do with the cpus=1 boot problem and the Chameleon/Multibeast thing (downloaded them, messed with kexts) since at reboot i get this (picture) thanks in advance.

See the Guide.

Good Luck

Thank you. From your experience, should i run chameleon or chimera as bootloader? Don't know the difference between features etc.. are there guides about configuration on these? Thanks in advance.

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature

System: manufacturer/model
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx). For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.
