There's a very detailed power supply calculator at http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp. I plugged your components into it and came up with 247W recommended for your system (assuming no overclocking). So you should be fine with a good-quality 430W PSU.

Should be enough. But your choice of a 3570K and a B75 motherboard seem a bit strange to me. You can't overclock with the B75 and therefore the overclocking ability of the 3570K is wasted. If you don't plan to overclock perhaps you should get a cheaper i5 processor such as a Core i5 3450/3470/3550.

One reason is if you want the HD4000 to work or not. It's not needed since there's the Geforce 640, but OP might want it anyway.
