can you give me detail how to get the BIOS dump/fetch?
I tried using your tool, and I got the results.rar.... and I couldn't extract it with universal
I got unknown protocol detected
BTW, when I ran The back up tool, there was a red line "does not support this platform"

I do not have any update package, how do I get it?
BTW, after doing these changes, I'm still able to update the BIOS, right? (I update it through the "Dell Update")

Check the Dell website for BIOS updates.

Extract BIOS/IFR/etc from the BIOS update itself.

After using backup tools you should find a zip file on the desktop called "results". unzip it and there should be a file called (x32_bios-region_10.0.30.1072.bin) or something like that. now this is the file that you should use with Universal IFR Extractor. After that just follow the steps i had written for you.

If you can't take backup using this tool, flash an older version of BIOS (e.g A03) and try again
