guys I have an Dell 7580 with Wireless AC 9260. I'll buy a DW1820a. I'm using Mojave 10.14.6. Does it work Well ?
Maybe yes? I can’t tell you becouse on my laptop doesen’t work... other people have success.
You can try and if you are lucky work!

Well. Which card did you use? Now that you have spoken, I was unsure if I should buy.

Now I have this wifi card... but I cannot use becouse doesen't work. But I hope with the help from the forum I can work ( I can accept also only the wifi and not bt)

Update: The only method to boot inside the OS is with the flag brcmfx-driver=1, with this flag I can see the device on PCI. The bluetooth load device but not work (connect and sconnect devices).

Also attach the debug log. I lose my hopes....

FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext and FakePCIID.kext shouldn't be needed

remove BrcmNonPatchRAM2.kext as you have BrcmPatchRAM3.kext installed

config.plist:
you may need to enable these:
Code:
<key>Comment-IRQ Fix</key>
                <string>The following fixes may be needed for onboard audio/USB/etc</string>
                <key>FixHPET</key>
                <false/>
                <key>FixIPIC</key>
                <false/>
                <key>FixRTC</key>
                <false/>
                <key>FixTMR</key>
                <false/>

OK, I remove FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext and FakePCIID.kext (it's a test because other guide tell to use), and remove BrcmNonPatchRAM2.kext (also a test from a guide)

config.plist:
you may need to enable these:
Code:
<key>Comment-IRQ Fix</key>
                <string>The following fixes may be needed for onboard audio/USB/etc</string>

                <false/>
                <key>FixIPIC</key>
                <false/>
                <key>FixRTC</key>
                <false/>
                <key>FixTMR</key>
                <false/>

If I enable this fix going to kernel panic , I have to remove to going on osx.

Obviously the debug file.

If I check the kext used for wifi from hackintool it's tell me use a kext different.. not use AirportBrcm but PCI kext...
