You mean the bootloader screen?
You want your Hackintosh to boot automatically to your OS?
If yes, all you have to do is:

Go to /Extra folder --> Edit org.chameleon.Boot.plist -->
Find this line:

<key>Timeout</key>
<string>5</string>

And replace it with:

<key>Quiet Boot</key>
<string>Yes</string>

If you want it to be even better, replace this image /Extra/Themes/Default/background.png with this one.
