looks like some issue with you using VoodooHDA, i don't use that myself so not sure how you would fix that

With AppleALC I get kernel panic on next boot, but with VoodooHDA everything was good until now.

not sure that voodoohda works well with AppleHDA, some peeps would delete AppleHDA.kext from /System/Library/Extensions

So far everything is good on Mac.
