HELP! No HDMI audio on 560 ti in 10.8

If I play a video and want it ont the TV, I can see the video fullscreen but the Audio signal still goes through my headphones.

Unplug the headphones.

Attach a screenshot of System Preferences/Sound/Output and a copy of IOReg. [Guide] How to Make a Copy of IOReg.

Here they are. I hope I made them the right way.

The OS language isn't english, but the output option I now get are:

-Internal Speakers ...... Integrated
-Output ..... Audio output port
-Output ..... Audio output port
-Digital Output ..... Optical digital-out port

None of them seems to make any difference while playing a video or a music file. The output is always directed through the headphones ( integrated ALC892 ).

You system does not been configured for HDMI audio. HDMI audio has never worked on your system in OS X. See Mountain Lion HDMI Audio - AMI DSDT

My mini HDMI port works OOB, but I have no sound on the TV, the only sound I got is on my headphones through the integrated sound card. I tried to find a tutorial for my configuration, but I get lost, because my MB is x58 and most of the tuts are for Sandy/IVY Bridge then I tried to find a tutorial for Gigabyte 560ti OC, but also without luck, so any directions and links for tutorials relevant to my HW will be priceless.
