HD4000 showing 4mb vram

I succesfully installed Yosemite on my Toshiba laptop and it is working very well when booted with chimera bootloader. Later I shifted to Clover because i wanted to fix iMessage and iCloud and then things went bad. The PC boots up but my HD4000 graphics shows only 4mb vram and it is extremely laggy. I tried all IGPlatform Ids (1-11) but nothing worked. Also tried GraphicsEnabler=Yes. Please do tell me how to fix this issue.

Intel Corei3 2.5 GHZ
Intel HD4000 with 1024MB dynamic gram
4GB 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM

Clover guide is linked from the FAQ. Clover does not support Chimera or Chameleon boot flags.

Use the config.plist for HD4000 (according to your hardware) that is linked from the guide.
