Having trouble setting my Samsung 950 Pro M.2 as a boot drive for El Capitan

Hey Stork so I was able to install everything and set my 950 pro m.2 as my main drive but when rebooting the computer the apple logo started loading and then I hit a big stop sign. Do you know what that's about?

I am new to all of this and just need some help figuring out if i buy this :
SAMSUNG SSD SM951 M.2 256GB PCIe NVMe MZVPV256HDGL PCI MZ-VPV2560
And put it in this:
AKiTiO Thunder2 PCIe Expansion Chassis TC2PC-TIA-AKTU
Would I be able to use it as a boot drive for a 2012 Mac Mini 2.3 GHz quad core i7
Any help with this would be appreciated
