Dark and untidy, I bow before you!. Though not at phunguss levels, I appreciate the untidiness.

Though a very pretty mobile desk, I feel you could mis manage your cables more. Show me your untidy desks, DEEEEESSSSSSKKS!.Well my Z390 Hack has gone with my son to University. And had Windows installed I'm afraid. It didn't deserve such a cruel fate!
That used to reside on a metal desk with holes rather like the old MacPro case. That too has gone. Students don't get much room.
Neither do I!
Here's the new, partly wooden, mobile desk with the latest 500-series build on it. I have no room for mess! This way I can be shunted out of the way if we are ever allowed to have guests round again...
Top-down view now. This is my working environment. The USB sticks are test boot-sticks for all the various settings I try during a build. The anti-static bag held a new Hitachi 2.5" HDD I just received to replace the 3.5" one in the new PC. It is now in that purple eSATA caddy you can see in the first photo having been formatted. The other cable is a Sabrent SATA to USB adapter for my SSDs. Spare Microsoft non-bluetooth mouse used when USB testing goes wrong and I scupper bluetooth.
I take offence at "pretty" !!!! I thought the wood was more "rugged"!!Though a very pretty mobile desk, I feel you could mis manage your cables more. Show me your untidy desks, DEEEEESSSSSSKKS!.
Now then, I love it, complete and utter chaos! The purple Mac is a beautiful touch. If there’s any advice I could offer it would be more knotted cables but other than that it scores a 9 for me. I also noticed your a fan of Russian Roulette USB sticks, extra brownie points for you.
I recognise that small black box on the top left anywhere. That's from a Gigabyte Skylake hackintosh I'd built!View attachment 513251
I also work on solar collectors and use my 3D printer and CNC router to build telescopes. I don't need a clean workspace to get things done.
