It is probably due to inadequate DVMT-prealloc.
Make sure you read the guide regarding DVMT-prealloc, invalid ig-platform-id use, and rebuilding cache:

I added 19MB framebuffer and 9MB cursor. Now, the screen gets black after gioscreenlockstate 3 hs 0 bs 0 now 0 sm 0x0

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Doesn't seem like your WhateverGreen configuration (data in Devices/Properties) is working to patch for 32mb prealloc.
You should probably double check the data there and read the WhateverGreen documentation to make sure it is correct.

Also, I don't see the data injected into ioreg, so maybe Clover is not doing what you expect. I tend to use Devices/AddProperties for these things (then you can still inject ig-platform-id with Graphics/Inject/Intel=true and Graphics/ig-platform-id). I'm not sure what version of Clover is required for Devices/Properties to support the new format... (so something else for you to check if you insist on using it for property injection).

You should also plan on getting a dump of the CFL framebuffer kext (your panic_logs show attempts to load the CFL framebuffer kext) to be certain the ig-platform-id your using (0x3ea50009) is valid, that the patches you're applying to it make sense, and that there aren't other ig-platform-ids that might be more suitable.

Note: Current Lilu.kext (as built from source) is 1.2.7, you have 1.2.6. Current WhateverGreen.kext (as built from source) is 1.2.2, you have 1.2.1.

@BlueTropical - I have the same specs as you have, execpt my Notebook is a Lenovo E580.

Do you still have your EFI-Folder available?

Thanks in advance.

I am doing a fresh install of 10.13.6 with HD 630 internal graphics. If anyone can list the necessary steps in short after installation, that would be of great help.
Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html
The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"

I think this guide will solve my 7mb Vram problem, so I tried setting SMbios to 15,2 and downloaded the update. The installer said ''this volume doesn't meet the requirements'. My osx is 10.13.6. Does anyone have an idea what the problem is?

What do you mean by "the update"?
You will need to show an image.
Why are you using a config.plist for HD3000/Sandy Bridge on your system which is CoffeeLake?

Your profile is inaccurate. It shows Nvidia only, which is clearly proven wrong by ioreg (ioreg shows you have Intel graphics as well).
Please fix your profile as per FAQ:
