Here it is.

It shows native support for your device (0x3e9b) in AppleIntelCFLGraphicsFramebuffer.kext (CI) +AppleIntelKBLGraphics.kext (QE).
It means you're probably running the special macOS build for MacBookPro15,x.

Your ioreg shows injection of AAPL,ig-platform-id 0x3e910003. It is likely not a valid ig-platform-id for AppleIntelCFLGraphicsFramebuffer.kext.

Obtain an ig-platform-id dump (via WhateverGreen.kext) to determine valid ig-platform-id values for AppleIntelCFLGraphicsFramebuffer.kext.

I followed this guide: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-intel-framebuffer-patching-using-whatevergreen.256490/

For Coffe-Lake laptop HD 630 I used 0x3EA50009 and I got kernel panic. Since I cannot boot with this configuration I attach the EFI, capture of the changes in the config and the KP.
