They will work with Catalina but they are not the newest kexts available.

I haven't confirmed it, but if you boot from the USB Installer and the installation screen is displayed with a screen resolution of about 1280x1080, you can install it as it is.
Install each driver after installing Monterey.

I confirmed the installation on GT740.
Monterey can be installed, but Metal cannot be displayed.
After installing Geforce-Kepler-patcher, I couldn't start it and GT740 stopped displaying.
By removing the battery and resetting the BIOS, the GT740 can be displayed.

In the environment of SMBIOS = MacPro6.1 GT740, the USB installer succeeded in displaying Metal with Geforce-Kepler-patcher.
