Do i leave this as is or rename it to SDST-18.aml?

No, leave it as-is. The updated Clover config.plist looks for it specifically.
Double-check your Clover is configured as per git sample.

Remember to remove all existing data from CLOVER/ACPI/patched before placing the new content in.

I got a 3 sddt with x after the number ie. SDST-4x.aml, SDST-5x.aml and SDST-6x.aml.
Do I leave them as is or remove the "x"?

I got a 3 sddt with x after the number ie. SDST-4x.aml, SDST-5x.aml and SDST-6x.aml.
Do I leave them as is or remove the "x"?

The filenames are listed in the clover config.plist on github, compare against that.

Handoff & Continuity only works with the driver Airport_Brcm4360 loaded.
Which requires a Broadcom WiFi card. As mentioned before in this thread the only option is the BCM94352Z.

I have working handoff, continuity and I can make/receive phone calls from my hackintosh.

Can you elaborate on your precise bios settings? I will give it a try on the XPS 9530.

I made the adjustments recommended in your guide for the 9530, plus the additional changes (which I am still tweaking):

1. Advanced (original) -> Battery mode -> "Adaptive"
2. Advanced (unlocked) -> CPU configuration -> Boot performance -> "Maximum Non-Turbo"
3. Advanced -> CPU configuration -> Energy performance -> "Balanced-Performance".
4. Advanced -> Thermal configuration -> Active state trip point 1 -> 47*C.

Additionally, what is UBBD?

My apologies, that was suppose to be "UPDD", the touch screen utility. I also keep my brightness at roughly 60% while on battery and disabled SSD access-time reading. I've also began testing whether leaving the CPU-related SSDTs in tact makes any noticeable impact. Power management does seem to be slightly improved by doing so in conjunction with Clover-generated C/P-states.

The same injections can be accomplished with DSDT/SSDT _DSM injection.
