/EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.efi is incorrect. It should be the same content as /EFI/CLOVER/CLOVERX64.efi.

You are missing HFSPlus.efi.

HwMonitor is not a kext.

Weird that the EFI/Microsoft folder is gone, yet you showed it in earlier screen shots...

The earlier screen shots was captured in EFI partition of my original windows 8 on my laptop, and the after one was captured in the installer of Yosemite.
Is it my clover installed wrong?

Finally this problem is solved...
but now there have a Mediakit error...
What resolution can make me don't want to delete my original windows 8 and it can format my another volume to HFS+?

OS X is not well behaved with disks partitioned by other than OS X Disk Utility, but there are things you can check/do.

I trying to install osx on asus laptop but it erros like AppleIntelProbeL2C:fails
and after some time it auto reboot

i followed the gude and able to install at last
but can't get wifi to work my wifi chip is Broadcom bcm43142
any idea how to get i work???
i tried this one but not able to get it work

i doesn't install clover to my Hdd yet and i dont have any netwoking kext to my usb

Off-topic, but BCM43142 is not supported.
