what is "refs.txt" an where can i find it?
what is "refs.txt" an where can i find it?
Thanks.
It seems like the perfect laptop for my needs, the only concern I have is with the failing hinge, seems to be a design flaw and since I want to keep this PC for long, I am starting to have second thoughts.
Back to the mSata, I was even thinking about adding an extension and mount a full size m.2 card in the empty space left by the missing 2nd fan.

Do you want to open ssdt.dsl? (y/n) n

Asus Zenbook UX305LA (i5 5200u) has similar hardware. Can I install El Captain on it? Can I use this guide?

Start here....
Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.

Pay attention the Broadwell info in the FAQ. It is important (some ASUS laptops have a direct setting for DVMT-prealloc in BIOS).
Device has mini-hdmi port. Does os x have compatibility with mini-hdmi?
In order to work, I've needed to modify the Broadwell.cfg from the beta (removed all the non-mobile stuff).
Unzip the attached file, and copy the unzipped folder (ssdtPRGen) into your ~/Library (/Users/<yourusername>/Library).
Go to terminal and run:
Code:cd ~/Library/ssdtPRGen
Code:chmod +x ssdtPRGen.sh
Code:./ssdtPRGen.sh
Code:Do you want to copy /Users/<yourusername>/Library/ssdtPRGen/ssdt.aml to /Extra/ssdt.aml ? (y/n) n
Code:Do you want to open ssdt.dsl? (y/n) n
Voilà. You should see the generated files in the ssdtPRGen folder.
