Got audio to work 889 on Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3

Thank a bunch
Followed these steps and the sound worked after a few additional reboot cycles.
I used the sound output in system preferences as "built in speaker" and it worked just fine.
Gigabyte Z68-XP-UD5 F4
Intel Corei7-2600k
16GB (4x4GB) Corsair Vengeance DDR3

Tried it about a thousand times. Then i found alc885 889a 887 *.kexts. Last try to delete them and start the procedure again. Now sound works fine! Thank you a thousand times!!!

Built in line out works now but digital out doesnt. Any ideas?

Do this:

Terminal:
sudo rm -r -v /System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext
sudo rm -r -v /System/Library/Extensions/HDAEnabler*kext
sudo rm -r -v /System/Library/Extensions/ALC8xxxHDA.kext

run Kext Utillity
reboot
run Kext Utillity
reboot
run Kext Utillity and drop the new AppleHDA.kext into it
reboot
run newst Multibeast
select ALC8xxHDA
select ALC889
reboot
and enjoy !

select ALC8xxHDA
select ALC889
reboot

Didn't work. Still no optical out(SPDIF). Followed All instructions to the T. Should have I deleted the kext before doing this? Also says "selected device has no output controls" in Sound Preferences.
