GA-H77-DS3H vs. GA-Z77-DS3H

Greetings all!
I am currently in the process of picking parts for a new build.
To help keep costs to a minimum I'm trying to get my best bang for buck.
But I wanted to know if there are any differences between the GA-H77-DS3H & the GA-Z77-DS3H.
I was looking on the Gigabyte site and they look completely identical (Except for Chipsets of course!).
Any help on this topic is greatly appreciated.

From what i have seen, the Z77 has better abilities for over clocking than the H77 if any. I also believe there is a Z77X edition for major over clocking.

That's what I had heard.
I don't plan on serious overclocking, if any.
This mainly is because it will feature a i3-3225 until I can upgrade it, which probably wont be until Haswell is supported.
