Hi,
My onboard ethernet port died a few years ago due to a power surge I believe. I installed an Rosewill RC-404 (Realtek RTL8169) PCI ethernet card with the AppleRTL8169Ethernet.kext. The card worked fine until I upgraded to Mavericks. Now, when I resume from sleep network preferences says there is a cable unplugged. I need to restart for the internet to work again.
Anyone have any ideas on why the PCI ethernet card is not working after resuming from sleep?
Thanks
