Dual boot MacosSierra fine but windows startup freeze due to nvidia update

hi everyone, i have a big problem and i do not know how to solve it. i think i know the cause but i have not any idea to solve it.

i use macos sierra and windows 10 dual boot
when i install nvidia vga driver which is relased by lenovo it is fine i have not any problem to start windows.
However, the problems starts when windows 10 installs update at the background.after the installation, windows 10 freezes

works normally when i remove uptade of nvidia in safe mode.

I think there is a problem between boot loader(clover) and nividia updates. has anyone have the same problem? or can you help me to solve this issues

Is this dual drive or single drive?

Fixed similar problem by disabling the processor video chipset.
Now I'm using only nVidia card.
