Disk Utility and OSX Install don't see my Samsung NVMe, so I can't even install. :( I guess it's back to running OSX in VirtualBox on CentOS.
Any suggestions or it's a lost cause?

NVMe requires NVMeGeneric.kext.

Yeah I got that. Got same panic as before, apparently the panic is intermittent.

No idea without details on the panic and your current configuration...

It's the same panic as in the video above. My configuration is in my signature and DSDT and SSDT and ACPI and DMI dumps are earlier in the thread:

Re-create USB after fresh download from Mac App Store. Make sure you use real hardware to create your USB (not a VM). Use 0x12345678 FakeID to avoid graphics problems.

That's how it was done in the first place: fresh OSX 10.11.5 download, installed on USB using real Mac.

Suggest you retrace your steps, check BIOS settings/etc... No other ideas for you.

Thanks. In this case I'll put a stop on this for now then.

Did you ever have any luck progressing with a mackintosh of your laptop? I'm trying to get mine going and I can't even get the Install partition to show up in my UEFI.
