Clover keeps restarting - Lenovo u410

I know man I did everything you told me twice.
finally managed to boot after install in El Capitan desktop. I ran clover configurator. Trying to use Ethernet (Lenovo u410 wifi not supported) and changed something. After that keeps restarting. Now I can't boot from sub, nor efi hdd (I installed clover in he'd after install)
It booted fine but was really laggy, so I was trying to get internet.
now I could not even reload the installer from the usb to reinstall everything.
thanks for your patience.

Clover Configurator is not needed initially. Just use same config.plist from the guide.

Also, the u310/u430 Clover guide for Yosemite may provide some important data: http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...e-lenovo-u310-u410-yosemite-using-clover.html

I have a Lenovo U310 and it is very similar to the U410. I managed to boot and install El Capitan using this guide http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...de-booting-os-x-installer-laptops-clover.html. However I have to boot from USB, because there is no way to make clover work in my machine. Right after configuring OS X I had Ethernet, Trackpad (2 fingers), Keyboard, USB, Camera and HD4000 fully working. I hope this helps.

Install Clover to your HDD as you did for USB and you can boot without USB.

It is covered in the guide you linked.

I followed the steps of the guide and all I get are errors trying to boot even from the USB. I guess it is all trial and error. I will keep trying different methods and if any works I will post it here.

Boot verbose, show photo. Post EFI/Clover folder.

I tried to install clover again following the same steps of the guide and now it works. Maybe I was doing something wrong. I remember that the error was DSMOS has arrived, so it may have had something to do with the graphics, maybe I installed the wrong config plist. Anyway, I can confirm that the above guide works for my U310.

Those are the things that are working out of the box:
HD4000 - With full QE/CI
CPU speed is right shown in about this mac, don't know about Turbo Boost or Speedstep.
PS2 keyboard and trackpad with two fingers
Ethernet - Using RealtekRTL8100.kext
Working Bootloader with clover
USB
Camera
Some FN keys work, like audio and trackpad. Camera FN Key turns off the screen.

These things aren't working:
Battery info
WiFi (I think I have an Atheros AR9285, not sure now)
Brightness control
Conexant audio

Things I can't test and I don't know if they work:
HDMI
Card reader
Turbo Boost/Speedstep

Anyways, thanks for your help, and for your immense effort making this whole project possible. I will try to make some things work and if not, wait for Multibeast 8.0

EDIT: Link to my EFI/CLOVER folder if someone needs it:

EDIT2: AR9285 works perfect with toledaARPT kext

EDIT3: I can confirm, that Brightness, sound, and battery on U310 for El Capitan work following the steps on this guide http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...e-lenovo-u310-u410-yosemite-using-clover.html

Multibeast won't help you...

I already knew those threads, but thanks anyway. :)

How big are the differences between Yosemite and El Capitan? Do Yosemite kexts and DSDT patches mostly work?

Searching the forum I found this guide for Lenovo T430, I think some components like WiFi (AR9285), Battery or Brightness might work also for U310.

Other than USB, not big.

Not sure what you mean by Yosemite kexts. But yes, same techniques/kexts are used from 10.6.8 through 10.11.1, with minor tweaks along the way.

There is a guide specifically for the U310.

I didn't know that Yosemite guides should work for El Capitan . I will keep trying to make OS X fully functional (or almost) in my U310. Thank you for your help
