Can't boot without UniBeast USB, 10.9.0 Mavericks

I can't boot without using usb of unibeast, any suggestions??

Yes, give us more info. Start with listing all of your hardware. Then give more detail
as to what happens when you try to boot from the HDD. Thanks

As the other poster wrote, please provide more details.

1) I suggest you check your BIOS and make sure your hard drive is set as one of the boot options.
2) Did you run Multibeast and do the "Install" on the "build" tab to your hard drive?
