Cannot Boot in Clover!!

I've used this computer for a hackintosh build before but not had this problem. I cannot get OSX to boot to the install page as it will not go past the bluetooth controller transport. I've tried safe mode and normal, and GraphicsEnabler=No and Yes and a host of others.

Any help will be of use. Thanks

For the second screen shot with the prohibited sign, the last line of test says "Still waiting for root device". That means the USB port you have the install drive on isn't working right in El Capitan. You can just try all the different USB ports until you get around it, or use this USB fix on your install drive to enable all the ports.

Make sure you have the RtVariables in your config.plist to disable SIP (step 3 in this guide).

For the X79 you'll probably need to boot with npci=0x2000 or npci=0x3000.

The boot argument GraphicsEnabler is no longer used.

I'm not positive for the 780, but my guess is that you'll need to boot with nv_disable=1 until you can get through the OS install and then install the Nvidia Web drivers.
