I can't get past the multibeast stage successfully.
Bios at F2, 2 sticks of CORSAIR XMS 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333; i5 3570K. OSX 10.8.3 retail purchased from the app store, HD4000 graphics. Created the unibeast installer usb stick with no problem. Installed 10.8.3 and rebooted with unibeast as boot drive and applied the usual (and a variety of other in subsequent attempts) settings and rebooted only to end up with a garbled screen when booting to my installation. It looks like the screen is repeating and squshed together. I tried editing the org.chameleon.Boot.plist to include Buckeye's suggestion and adjusted the Graphics Mode to my monitors resolution, tried booting in safe mode, tried installations requiring a password and also not requiring a password. I went back and tried a boot from the unibeast usb stick as boot drive, but encountered the same garbled screen. So many of the posts here talk about how hd4000 graphics work right out of the box, but that doesn't seem to be the way for me. The monitor I'm using is ann old dell so I'm using a dvi to vga adapter. I tried a newer samsung 21" led with a hdcp compliant dvi connection and still no luck. I'm open to ideas at this point as I've run out of them.
