I have an interesting issue,

MSI Z77 Mpower Mobo, using ALC898

I have Windows Desktop in the other room that I regularly use with Microsoft Remote Desktop (available in the App Store). Before installing the drivers via MultiBeast, my Remote Audio worked perfectly fine. The microphone on my Hackintosh worked perfectly over RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol). Now that I have the Realtek drivers installed on my Hackintosh, the mic stopped working on the Windows 10 machine. Looking at the event logs on Win10, I can see that it establishes an AUDIO_CHANNEL connection, then disconnects immediately with an error event. I've also tried the RDP app Royal TSX, the remote audio would work for a few seconds before disconnecting an erroring out.

If I go from Win10 Laptop to my Win10 desktop; remote audio works. If I dual boot into Windows 10 Pro and RDP to the other machine, remote audio works fine.

How do I find the logs on my Hackintosh? Could this be a driver issue and RDP isn't playing well? :(

Hey guys thanks for the hard work you do.

I have everything working except audio.

II. Realtek ALC AppleHDA Scripts
  1. Download script (select one script, Download/View Raw)
    1. audio_cloverALC.command.zip
This link goes to the download of "audio_cloverALC-120_v1.0f2", I tried to open it and it says I don't have the "privileges" to do so. I've checked and it has been uploaded 22 hours ago, is it a beta version or something like that?
