Audio - Realtek ALC AppleHDA [Guide]

I'm completely lost in this. I have no audio.

I ran MultiBeast, I believe it installed whatever for the ALC1150 on my mb. So I need to remove whatever as the first step in troubleshooting? The removal instructions all refer to paths I don't recognize, starting with L/E/... or S/L/E...?

Sorry, edit to add:
Gigabyte GA-Z170X-GAMING 5
Intel Core i7 6700K 4.00 GHz

EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB SSC (Still in box)

So my question is how to understand the instructions.

My CPU, MB, and GPU are in the questions and in my profile.

Ah, well they were in the other hardware field. I've moved them to the labeled fields. Thank you for pointing out my error.

So. In the "Remove RealTek ALC" section, most of steps ask you to remove things from L/E/... or S/L/E... paths. I don't understand that—I don't know what those paths refer to. Where are they? What o they refer to?

On your harddrive with the OS installed you find the following folder(s):
L/E = your harddrive name / L ibrary / E xtensions /
S/L/E = your harddrive name / S ystem / L ibrary / E xtensions

Hope this helps :)

I ran audio_cloverALC script and it went well. Internal Speakers work, but when I plug my headphones into the front panel nothing happens. It doesn't show up as an output and there's no sound.
I am running Sierra 10.12.4.

Thank you for this guide, Toleda. Could you please clarify what 1.1 means above?
