Audio ports switched O.o

I am using an ASrock H77m-itx on Mavericks. I am using the old mountain lion driver .kext for ALC892, becuase some people said, that the drivers from the new Multibeast version won't work.
Everything worked fine, until the Audio Output stopped working. But surprisingly it just switched ports with the audio input! I can now hear music, when I plug my headphones into the audio output. When booting into Windows the ports still work the way they should.
Will this problem be bad to my mainboard?
I tried reinstalling the kext but it did not help

Audio ID: 2 works that way, use Audio ID:1.

What do you mean by that?When I look in about this mac -> audio -> Intel High Definition Audio it shows Audio ID: 1
