ASUS Vivobook S200 / X202 (Is it good?)

Did anyone get touchscreen on Mountain Lion to work? If yes, please share the tutorial. Thank you very much.

You can request a trial driver here: http://touch-base.com/download.asp
Choose "Atmel, maXTouch Digitizer (8xxx), USB" for Touchscreen controller and Mac OSX -Intel for OS.
After 100 clicks, just reload the driver in the settings to get 100 clicks again.
It works great for me.

I just tried it, it's still working fine for me. Anyone else can't access it?

thanks harry:

im not new to hackintosh, but very new to cloverboot.

reason i asked for this is that i can't seem to get the new cloverboot posted online to work for me.
i downloaded the latest and installed the bootloader to usb by opening the .pkg file on my existing hackintosh, as the installer says you have to specify the drive to install it. i tried booting to usb then with the same settings where the 10.8.2 usb installer booted, but i didn't get to boot at all.

did you just copy the files outright to usb? after unpackaging. or you unpackaged the way i did but selected all options?

i thought the usb wasn't bootable but showing the hidden files - it should be.
i have screenshot below of the clover usb showing hidden files.

@erniepaj:
If you download the zip clover file without doing any customization, it won't boot from your flash USB because there is no ../boot..
The easiest way is to download this bootable iso.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot/files/Bootable_ISO/
Extract it using 7zip or something, mount the iso and copy files from there.
Still you need to do many changes for it to work with your device.
You can look at mine and make your own.
Umm, the new version structure is a lot different from the old version too.
I'll make one for everyone.

Hi guys,

Greetings, this is my first post in the forums! I would like to start off by thanking everyone on here for all the useful information I've already gleaned from these forums and this thread in particular. I just bought myself a refurbished x202e, and after some extensive searching I'm wondering if someone can help me with a few questions I can't seem to find the answers to:

1. Is there a wifi/bluetooth card with bluetooth 4.0 that anyone can recommend?

2. Is bluetooth usable without an adaptor?

2. Does anyone have the touch screen working and the trackpad accepting two finger scrolling?

Sorry if any/all of these questions have already been answered; I'm very new to the forums and was unable to find concrete answers. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
ThePicardManeuver

You have to might reinstall your kexts. I would suggest you install the OSX udpates than install your kext and patches next time.

I have dual windows 8 efi and ML 10.8.4 working atm. The battery drains so fast....
