Asus S510UA-DS71 Install Issue

So I am trying to install Catalina from following Ouija's guide https://github.com/ouija/Asus-S510UA-DS71-Hackintosh - using Unibeast

Followed all the directions and I get this error:

I have also attached my config.plist

Anyone know a work around?

I have reached out to Ouija on Twitter and also posting in his github issues section, I wonder if it has something to do with the config showing the laptop as a S510UAR?
