You said there is some condition(s) where:
- USB not working after sleep (need ioreg captured after sleep)
- USB not working upon startup (need ioreg captured upon startup)

If your USB mice/keyboard is not working in that scenario, you would need to use remote desktop from another computer (on the network) in order to capture ioreg in those scenarios...
