There are some serious geniuses out there like the devs who write Clover and OpenCore but no-one has so far reverse engineered the Nvidia drivers and then written new ones for recent versions of macOS. Besides, they are closed source. Even Nvidia gave up at High Sierra. A few Apple supported cards lingered on, like the GT730 but Apple has deprecated those now.

Sadly 11th gen iGPUs were never used by Apple and so they have no drivers either.
