Does anyone know what is causing this and how I can fix it? All of my small icons in Safari, Finder, Xcode and anywhere else are all messed up. Xcode is also giving me a siezure.

I dont know if I should post this here, but I googled for this issue and couldnt find an answer maybe this happened to others. xCode is not showing the right icons within the program. Any suggestion?
