Your last message is kernel cache. I will suggest try with "-f" flag and it should recreate the kernel cache.
Copy your EFI folder for USB to your SSD's EFI partition (or compare to make sure you have it right).
I will try to look at EFI partition first. I have same board and I am using pretty much exact kext you mentioned. Let me know if you want me to send you my copy of EFI folder.
Is you sleep / wake working? Can you post details? What SMBIOS / Which kexts etc.
I have an AMD GPU and I have sleep / wake issues but I think with native Intel GPU sleep works
Can you try it with internal GPU? Try manual sleep as well as automatic sleep. Does this make a difference?

I am guessing this is in the wrong area. This is general troubleshooting.
Do you see anything on the screen? If you see / can get into BIOS then graphics card is working. If you don't see logo or any information on the screen for BIOS on the screen then graphic card is shot.
PS: Most of the...
Plug in both HDDs.
Go into BIOS choose the Mac SSD as the first HDD to boot from (as EFI)
You will have to choose / remove in Clover what hard drive should be selected as default. What shouldn't show at all, etc.
I installed EICap on my system successfully. Wake / sleep works. Built in gfx works (I am using ATI 7770 though). I am not still using 10.10.4 as my primary system but built 10.11 it so if I have to upgrade in a gringe I can just restore the image on a hard drive and start using it.
I had some...
I have an ivy bridge system. I3770 (nonK). 16gb ram.
I am rocking 550ti in it right now. It's fast enough it randomly crashes fcpx.
Looking to replace it. I prefer nVidia 740 because it doesn't require PSU power and seems to be more future proof.
AMD HD 5770 Is troublesome to setup with...
Read the manual for motherboard. It shows which ports are on Marvell controller and which are other ones. If memory recalls me correctly, they are different color ports as well.
You didn't remove your card to install the OSX? I always have to do that when I am doing fresh installation.
I have 550ti , I have 10.10 and it working PERFECT for me. I tried going 10.10.3 and sleep / wake issues and I ahve given up on it.
ya thats on be default for me.
I have switched back to 10.10 for now, since that works perfect for me. I actually need to get some work done , can't be fiddling around this - plus someone else is getting "corrupted partitions" on 10.10.3 , I can't have that. I have too much data on my HDDs lol.
I haven't tried "gux_defer_usb2" but darwake didn't work for me.
I have it working on 10.10
and tried updating 10.10.3 on a seperate HDD and can't get sleep to work. I only had to add AppleHDA for sound.
Also deleted original and added GenericUSB kext, didn't do anything.

Just a warning - Careful disabling CSM!
I disabled it on my Ud5h (ver 1.0 , bios 14) - OSx stopped working. I spent an hour fixing it and re-flashing bios (back to ver 14) worked. Just make sure you boot xHCI / SATA etc settings before you boot.
I have another HDD with Snowleapord on it - that...
I have UD5H , I don't remember if I checked USB3 with multibeast.
USB3 is workign fine, execpt it randomly freezes when I plug in something in USB. Any idea how to troubleshoot / fix it?
Mostly it wakes fine from the sleep but once in a while it seems ot be running but nothign shows up on LCD...
Thank you - Patched work. Just copy the file there no need to restart or anything. Run DVD player.
Running it on 10.9 Mavrick + Gigagbyte UD5H + nVidia 550ti
so I was able to fix my problem.
Just in case someone is interested -
- Take power off video card (550Ti)
- Plug DVI only on Internal Intel GFX
- I reinstalled 10.9 (dirty install with USB stick)
- Boot once - finish install
- Multibeast (easybeast settings) - This, I think broke my Intel...
Does anyone know if these drivers are compatible with 10.9 Maverick?
I have 550ti and can't even get to any GUI screen with this installed. Works fine with integrated drivers
