I see they came out with a fix for the i5 & i7, but those cpus were not the the only one's effected by 10.7.4 update. I've been using the temp fix viewtopic.php?f=169&t=59889&hilit=sandy+bridge+temp+fix but the boot time is super slow, the comp gets hot now, & the os is way slower than 10.7.3...

I managed to extract all the ssdt's (7 of them, 3 of them are for the cpu) 2,4,5 are for the CPU. They are all labeled in the folder attached, & I also attached dsdtse editor to view the files... Hopefully we put our heads together to get our probooks back running streamline after the 10.7.4...

How do you change the chimera boot screen resolution? Currently it is set to 1024x768 and it doesn't effect the os, I am just trying to theme it with a custom background 1366x768. Thanks in advanced...
