Just one Ethernet connection is working for you with 13.3 even using IOPCIfamily.kext beta version? Before the upgrade the two Ethernet connections worked.

The problem is still worse on Big Sur as you can't use the fix easily.

As a partial fix, I am using a Windows VM on Parallels Desktop and then I select Commander Pro to be connected to the VM. Then it is vanishes from Big Sur.

I am not qualified enough to try this. But apparently it solves the mount: / failed with 66 error.
