AUNet will not connect to host

Hello, Not sure if this is related to my build, or if it's an issue with macOS Sierra. I'm attempting to network two audio apps with AUNetSend/Receive. I recently updated my machine to 10.12.1. This was working fine before the update, but now the receive window shows "connecting" indefinitely...

    KP During Installation

I haven't tested the on board audio. I use an external interface that goes through a PCI firewire card, which is working fine. I'll test the built-in audio and get back to you on that.

    KP During Installation

After several days of headache and frustration trying to update I finally got it working with your EFI folder after doing a clean install of 10.12. Thanks so much for sending this! I think it was a patched kext file from my previous install that was causing the kernel panic. I was using a DMG...

    KP During Installation

Where would I find that? I was able to get the installer to run, but I can't seem to get the actual OS to boot. I either get "panic cpu caller..." or "Waiting for remote debugger connection. KDP_poll: no debugger device"

    KP During Installation

I removed the AppleTyMCEDriver.kext, didn't stop the panic. In the latest version of clover (r3811) "boot without caches" doesn't appear to be an option when you press spacebar. I've been using system definition 6,1 since I built the machine without any issues in 10.9.5.

I'll try that, thanks. Currently booting from my external, which is a clone of my system drive in 10.9.5 to try and remedy this mess. :banghead::crazy:

    KP During Installation

Thank you for clarifying that for me. When I try to boot to safe mode (boot flag "-x") I get a message that says: "boot failed sleeping for 10 seconds before restarting."

Your attachment made it so that the installer ran successfully. But now I'm getting a "system up time in nanoseconds" error. >_<

Yes, and also tried updating via an internal SATA drive. Still no luck.

Tried to update to Sierra via both direct update, and from a newly created USB installer. I get this every time: GA-X79-UP4, i7 3930k, GTX 770

    USB 3.0 problems with GA-X79-UP4 and i7-4930K

Same issue here. I have resorted to doing all of my data transfers through the USB 2.0 ports until there is a fix for this. :banghead:

    GA-X79-UP4 weir USB3 problems

I am experiencing an issue with this as well. Whenever trying to copy large amounts of data via the USB 3.0 ports to an external HD, the drive will intermittently eject itself at some point during the data transfer. It's making it very time consuming to try and backup my data.

    High Contrast/Poor black content GTX770

After finishing my new build my resolution and framerate seem fine (great actually), but the contrast and color seem way off. I've spent hours adjusting the monitor brightness/contrast and used the display calibration utility to create several profiles, however the colors still seem very washed...

Mac Pro 6,1 System Definition Working !!!

Have you removed nullcpupowermanagement.kext? I installed that when I ran multibeast, and my CPU jumps back and forth between 1.2Ghz and 3.5 Ghz. If I remove nullcpupowermanagement.kext will speedstepping work? Everything seems to be working fine as far as sleep/wake/audio/ethernet with my...

    FakeSMC plugins help

Thanks! Has anyone experienced issues with the FakeSMC plugins and 10.9.2? I've been reading about them, and a lot of people have said these plugins cause stability issues. I'm mostly concerned about testing the CPU temperature under load with the heat sink I purchased (Noctua NH-U12s). I'm...

    FakeSMC plugins help

What is the best way to install the FakeSMC plguins for monitoring temperature, etc., if you have already run multibeast and your system is working? Should I run multibeast again with the same settings and add these monitoring plugins to the build? Or is there a better way to go about it? Thanks.

Guide: Gigabyte x79-UP4, Intel 3930k, Dual GTX 770, Samsung SSD 256GB

Hey guys, I finished my build today. I followed this guide to install 10.9.2. The system booted to the desktop and I am running MultiBeast 6.2.1 with system definition Mac Pro 6,1. I will post my results! Edit: Succesfully up and running under 6,1! The only weird issue I'm experiencing is under...
