@buddyjack2 - Hi my system is booting Sonoma, Ventura, Big Sur and Win11 all from one EFI Folder residing on the EFI Partition on the Sonoma Disk without any problems.
To minimize the failure of incremental updates, you need to have the RestrictedEvents.kext in the kext folder and entry in the config.plist as well as the boot-arg revpatch=sbvmm.
To stop the OCLP patch from effecting the other Apple OS's you may have installed, the MinKernel entry data must be entered as 23.0.0 to all three OCLP kexts.
Hope I have explained this clearly for you, if in doubt please let me know and I will post with a few examples of my setup which will hopefully explain better.
Yes with these 'MinKernel' entries in the config.plist as shown. Will following these directions prevent OCLP root patching from patching anything else and only patch the WiFi/BT?
No they are all the same, the 'Nightly' will slightly differ with some possible improvements and Bug Fixes.Sorry one more question are there two different OCLP nightly’s one for PC and one for Mac? Also won’t release version 1.41 work just fine it was a nightly a couple weeks or so ago.
Hi - I haven't really noticed a speed reduction although I am and always using the 'Nightly' version. Will updating to the latest OCLP 142 help? I haven't upgraded to Sonoma 14.4 yet.
Hi - I haven't really noticed a speed reduction although I am and always using the 'Nightly' version.
Is there another way to speed test another (i.e Ventura or earlier) pre-Sonoma? also insure there are no changes in your router.
Personally I'd go with the Fenvi to get proper Apple 'Continuity' as well as full functioning AirDrop.I have a Fenvi card too but haven't tested it yet.
... I missing something in your query?
