Try to use a Display Port for displaying.
What is the latest configuration for your platform, framebuffer, etc ?
Do you have a dedicated video card compatible with your macOS version ? If yes, the use it.

What ports do you have (DVi, HDMI ) ?
Try to use different USB2.0 ports ...

After changing anything on EFI folder, on reboot, press "Space bar" and choose Reset Nvram.

Re-check some BIOS settings (procedure) :

- enter BIOS, load defaults/optimized values, then Save&Exit
- (again) enter BIOS and find/check/edit :

  1. XMP > Profile1
  2. SATA > AHCI mode
  3. Secure Boot > Disabled
  4. CSM > Disabled
  5. Init Display > igfx
  6. Int Graphics > Enabled
  7. DVMT-preallocated 64M
  8. DMVT Total > 1024
  9. Serial/Parallel ports > Disabled
  10. USB > enable all ports
  11. Network Stack > Disabled
  12. Security > Disable or System
  13. VT-d > Disabled
  14. Above 4G > Enable ( may try also to reverse to Disabled )
  15. Fast boot > Disabled
  16. Boot > Other OS
  17. CFG Lock > Disabled ( already done :) )
Make a note of your checking/editing.

I only have HDMI. I tried another USB port and reset NVRAM, but the black screen persists.

In config.plist, add the boot argument :

igfxonln=1

alongside of existing ones.

If the screen is still black (blank) wait about 1 minute , try to disconnect the HDMI cable and then re-connect the cable.

I think this thread is going down a rabbit hole ...

Just enter your iGPU AAPL,ig-platform-id and matching device-id.

You can also spoof your CPU to match as your AAPL value is CL.

For a 10th gen iGPU build and the necessary variables (CPU spoof and iGPU settings) check my EFI in the NUC build thread I posted in Golden Builds. It works.

I copied exactly as yours and the black screen continues. I tried using another code that Cosmix suggested: C59B0000, and the black screen still persists.
