Windows Bootloader replaced clover

Hi, could you explain how I can access terminal from the USB installer? The UEFI shell 64 option symbol looks like terminal- is this it?!

How would I go about moving the contents of the backup folder from OSX desktop to System/Library/Extensions using terminal?

I understand that I need to correct the changes I made to System/Library on my system volume (SSD). My problem is that I'm unable to boot into OSX to enable me to see anything on my system volume and my knowledge of terminal is extremely basic.

Thanks for your help.

Boot the installer, then choose it from the Utilities menu.
You will need to understand how to use Terminal.

Thanks for staying with me on this rehabman. Ive been making the USB installer using this build https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...te-ga-x99-designare-ex-sierra-10-12-2.210140/ once I've made the USB and installed the latest version of clover I've been moving files into the mounted EFI folder as instructed- this worked when I first made the USB to initially build the system.

For some reason when I hit F12 to boot from USB I can't see the 'install Mac OS from Sandisk' partition to boot from it. Only 'Sandisk'. When I plug the USB installer into my MacBook and try to mount the EFI in clover config I can't mount it so there must be an issue with the files I'm moving in, but they are unchanged since the initial build- the only difference is I've installed clover 2.4 rather than 2.3 when I first built the machine.

I've remade the USB installer in terminal with a sudo command many times now and keep having the same issue, so I'm unable to boot from the installer disk and can't access utilities folder.

If I remake the USB without replacing the config.plist, dsdt, Kexts and drivers64uefi files will I be able to boot from the USB installer so I can access terminal?

Or should I make the Install USB some other way?

Also I noticed the log seems to say there's an issue with the appleALC kext- could this have anything to do with the problems I'm having?
Thanks again

I had the very same problem today, solved reading this thread so thanks to everyone that wrote!
Only thing is I now have EFI partition automatically mounted on OSX desktop on every boot.
How to hide it again?
