Hi Y'all,

Here's a niggle - I've got a dual boot system ElCap/Win10.

The damn Hack reboots after shutdown - unless ofcourse I quickly turn off the power supply.

I've tracked it down to the AOC monitor's USB hub (on side of monitor). When I unplug the cable (with or without devices attached), the hackintosh stays off after shutdown, otherwise I get a reboot a few seconds after fully powering down.

I've turned off Wake for Lan in Bios and unticked all the USB peripherals/hubs to allow waking the computer using Device Manager > Power management in Windows.

Can't seem to find anything else related to the monitor hub.

Don't suppose anyone has any ideas about this?

Strange one - Check these settings are still at default in your BIOS setup :

I think it has something to do with there being power in the monitor kicking off the boot. Trouble is can't damn find anything in windows Device Manager (or at least all hubs are disabled and makes no difference) - or in Bios - unless I'm missing something in bios?

This worked BUT only when shutting down from windows...

Ah haa - solved it...

Plugged the monitor hub USB cable into a black usb 2 port - was in a USB 3 before - hmm
