dualbooting on the same hdd was easiest for me bro. not to mention you extra hdd can be used for storage. its simple if u need help

SLi is unsupported but dual cards isnt. if u put th gfi strings for the cards in boot.plist they will both work. this is for people like me that would like to run 3 or 4 monitors
