Click the build link in my signature, ModMike has EFI folders both for Clover and OpenCore, but not for same mobo, you should sort out USB port maps yourself. It will get you installed provided you have the correct settings in BIOS, which are all in the build post.

Your config.plist is not complete, choose correct SMBIOS for your hardware, I suggest iMac19,1. No acpi or usb patches (don't use ssdt-usbx.sml until you have completed install) or usbinjectall.kext.

Download bios file unto fat32 formatted usb stick and use asus bios flashing utility from your bios.
Do some research into OpenCore bootloader. It is much better than Clover IMHO, faster boot times. Have a good read through the installation tutorial. Then download the OpenCore folder from modmikes tewb build and adapt it to your set up.
