Click the build link in my signature, ModMike has EFI folders both for Clover and OpenCore, but not for same mobo, you should sort out USB port maps yourself. It will get you installed provided you have the correct settings in BIOS, which are all in the build post.
More info needed. Have you managed to install Catalina?
Your config.plist is not complete, choose correct SMBIOS for your hardware, I suggest iMac19,1. No acpi or usb patches (don't use ssdt-usbx.sml until you have completed install) or usbinjectall.kext.

I'm working on the premise that you have created your USB installer with another hackintosh or real mac.
If you haven't already, download clover configurator to your hack/mac.
Mount your usb efi partition
open your config.plist with CC
Go to acpi section click the '+' button click in the...
Glad you got it sorted

Download bios file unto fat32 formatted usb stick and use asus bios flashing utility from your bios.

Do a site search, entering your main board, I’ve seen plenty of working installs with your hardware
No, only if your ram wasn't running at its correct speed, which its is. Have you disabled serial ports and the onboard wifi? I have RC6 (render standby enabled). Have another read of modmikes guide there is a reference to it.
No need to take pictures of bios, insert a fat32 formatted usb stick and take a screenshot f12 if my memory serves me well. I’m sure you have something amiss in your bios settings.
