I think since your mouse was plugged into USB3 and you're using GenericUSBXHCI it is a problem with that kext. There are known issues with it on 10.8.5 and 10.9, just like you describe. The suggestion is to transition to AppleUSBXHCI if you can (involves DSDT patches).

Yup I deleted the GenericUSB and works fine now. I didnt change anything in DSDT patches because I already patch it with 7-series USB only plus the multiplex.

You have Realtek on this laptop? Have you gathered a codec dump?

Nope only 7 -series chipset Hi def audio controller. :(

OK that makes sense you were having trouble (perhaps more than usual). As I mentioned Generic* has a bit of trouble on 10.8.5 and 10.9. And on top of that, it is not designed to work with the USB3 multiplex patches, but rather it is designed to work without them. The multiplex patches are just for AppleUSBXHCI. So... I think you've ended up in the right spot, and hopefully it works out. USB3 has been a rough area since the beginning.

You need to get a codec dump from Linux. Google 'patch AppleHDA guide' and follow the first bit to get a codec dump. Chances are from that codec ID, you can find an already patched AppleHDA.

this sounds funny. I just realize apple doesnt recognize usb that is not branded like those made in china :D

It is one of them, yes... But I think it was never finished. But that is ok... It has the instructions you need to collect a codec dump from Linux.

Hi, I got the code dump.. Do you have a complete instructions?? I have two codedump txt on codedump.zip. Im not sure why. Which one should i use?

This is the same audio codec used on ProBook 4x0s G0. See here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/hp-proboo...robook-installer-but-no-audio.html#post679184

You will need to patch your DSDT with "Audio Layout 12" and "IRQ Fix" if you haven't already.

Hi,
Thank you very much it works :headbang:
btw why do i have to codec dump? does that mean i have two audio?

ISSUE: just a minor glitch
this is about mouse. Just wan to ask if its normal that when i restart with mouse plugged in the trackpad also works even though on sys pre>> accessiblity i check the ignore trackpad when mouse is plugged. But when i remove the mouse and plugged it in again the trackpad is being ignored now. It just a minor bug. ;)

The first is for the analog "HD audio" IDT chip. Second is for audio via HDMI.

That is a little bit different than what I have here, but the quirks with that option are present on real Macs too. It has to do with the fact that the option is a "user preference" and yet no user is logged in yet.

Cool. Thank you very much..

I got:
Working audio
graphics
adjusting of graphics
power management with turboboost :D
battery icon
USB
keyboard & mouse & trackpad

The only thing left is the wireless internet. Only 1 left then i can have a fully working osx :D

BTW should i stay updated as well for the new kext or multibeast version then update mine? Or updating the SSDT if theres a new HP probook installer version?

Ive also attached my Ioreg cause Im not sure what else am i missing aside from wireless.

Thank you very much
