I have this configuration running - very nice! THANK YOU.

I was wondering if this setup would support an 8k screen via DP (at 60Hz probably)?
It should be possible by installing a DP 1.4 capable AMD GPU and using a DP 1.4 certified video cable. I haven't seen any actual evidence of this though such evidence may exist.

I have the AMD RX 580 which should be capable... Maybe I give it a try :)

I'm not sure if Apple has reverted their USB fix in 11.2.2 or if it was related to the OC 0.6.7 update, but my USB drop-out issues have suddenly returned. Ended up having 2 dropouts in the last 2 days, so... I've put my USB expansion card back in - which, should resolve the issue. I really thought we were in the clear with that issue with Big Sur after having not experienced any issues for at least a month+, but... looks like the card may have to be a permanent workaround for the issue.

Just a heads up.

It's seems to be a focus problem. If I click on the desktop, and click again on HackinDROM window, "Info", "ACPI", "Kexts", "Drivers" are all showing options.
Please check this again in the new version
If the EFI partition runs out of space, then the App still reports success, but in fact the procedure fails, as you can see in screenshot below:
Now:

I suggest adding a checkbox to select the boot args from the system if checked.
What do you think about it ?
New!

Focus problem in the update window is now gone !

That's neat, thanks ! Two lines will be perfect to see them all (when you'll work on cosmetics) ;)

I miss the "No wifi" option, but beside that, you're very close to perfect !

Coming along nicely! Some feedback:
  • The regular EFI folder (without OpenIntelWireless drivers) is about 11-12 MB (screenshot #3).
  • So the EFI partition really needs about two (maybe three) times that amount. Let's say about 36MB free.
  • In this case (screenshot #2) there is only 16.7 MB available.
  • So Need 80Mb Free space is actually too high (screenshot #1). Also, it should be MB instead of Mb.

@Inqnuam,

Here is one more condition that we will encounter in the real world: Multiple partitions.
  • This is from my ASRock X570 Taichi.
  • The disk is a Silicon Power 1TB NVMe SSD.
  • It is partitioned into 2 equal 512GB partitions.
  • Partition 1 contains Catalina.
  • Partition 2 contains Big Sur.
  • There is only one EFI partition.
Screen Shot 2021-03-09 at 2.25.48 PM.png

On the desktop we see:
  • Big Sur disk
  • Catalina disk
  • Windows 10 disk
But in Hackintool app, we see:
  • Catalina disk (Partition #1)
  • Empty space
There is no EFI partition on the Windows disk, so it's okay for that one to be excluded.
