@CaseySJ am I supposed to use the SSDT-Z390-DESIGNARE-TB3HP-V4.aml and SSDT-TBOLT3-RP05-PORT7-DESIGNARE-Z390.aml at the same time or only one of them?

Only one or the other. If Thunderbolt firmware is flashed, please use the second one. Otherwise use the first one.

Also in the mini guide you mention downloading the SSDT-DTPG, is this the same one in the OpenCore 0.6.1 config or is it different somehow?

Since my Fenvi FV-T919 doesn't work with Catalina - either because it is bust (though it works perfectly with Linux) or it is incompatible with Catalina, and I run out of ideas on how to make Wi-Fi work, can anyone suggest a solid card that will work with Catalina, and hopefully with Big Sur with a minimum headache on this z390 Designare motherboard? Thanks!

Feel free to post the Thunderbolt firmware from ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-itx. I can modify it, but keep in mind that it will not be perfect. There will be issues that you will find, and it will be necessary to accommodate those issues (i.e. to work around them).

By the way I am currently setting up a brand new Gigabyte B550 Vision D with Ryzen 7 3700X. It comes with Titan Ridge on-board, running NVM 56. I've already flashed the firmware. Thunderbolt hot-plug works very well, but two issues on this particular motherboard:

• USB-C devices need to be connected prior to boot
• Thunderbolt devices only seem to connect when hot-plugged (will try some experiments to see if this can be fixed)

@CaseySJ Thank you for the reply! Because I am still waiting for the Raspberry Pi and SOIC8 clamp, I cannot retrieve the firmware currently. Also, by following others' comments, I bought a TB dock (Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Express Dock HD, Alpine Ridge JHL 6540 inside) and connected the dock between Apple Thunderbolt Display (TB1, with Apple TB3 to TB2 converter) and AsRock motherboard TB3 output (with DP in). It works (USB, Camera on display, hotplug) without issues!!

After I received the tools I will upload the firmware to here!
