Very good -- let's proceed as follows:@CaseySJ Standing by.
Additionally, I see that the i7-10700 is available at micro center.
Would you like me to have this picked up now for testing?
I can use it rather than the i5-10400 that we have presently.
I am ultimately going to use the i9-10900 once I can put my hands on it.
If your ultimate goal is to use the i9-10900K, then of course no need to get the i7-10700K....

On Z390 Designare, owners have been running Final Cut Pro, daVinci Resolve, and Adobe Premiere on i9-9900K for a year and a half. Today's equivalent of that is the i7-10700K. If you'd like to use i9-10900K with 10 cores and 20 threads, that's certainly your choice. I won't dissuade you if you can wait for it to become available. So is the i7 good for 4k video editing? Im reading mixed reviews most people are saying to go with an i9 what do you guys think
